A note about our Pens – All Pens have black ink. If you prefer blue ink, just add a note in the comments section when placing your order.
All of our Pens are refillable, with most using either Cross, Parker, or Rollerball style pen refills.  You can find refills at your local office supply store or on-line.

Your Privacy:  We are committed to protecting your privacy. All financial information is handled by our payment processor (PayPal). We will not share (sell, trade, rent, etc.) your personal information with others.

Payment:  We accept payment via PayPal Merchant Services or personal check.

Shipping:  Currently, we ship within the United States only.  Orders are shipped from our location within two business days (Mon-Fri) from the date of purchase.
Shipping options are USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.
USPS Priority delivers 1, 2, or 3 days from shipping date based on the ship from and ship to address (we ship from Columbia SC).
USPS Express delivers overnight to most U.S. locations.

NOTE:  If you are local (Columbia SC area) and wish to have your item delivered instead of shipped, this option will appear on the Check Out page once you’ve entered the zip code for the shipping address.  Zip codes we are currently delivering to are 29033, 29063, 29072, 29073, 29169, 29170, 29171, 29172, 29201, 29210 (Cayce, Irmo, Lexington, Red Bank, West Columbia,  Downtown Columbia)

Product Guarantee/Return Policy:  All products have a 30-day money-back guarantee to the original purchaser. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (shipping charges not included.) Product must be in the same condition as sold and accompanied by a copy of the invoice and return authorization.
